Re: When do I get a new router?
The Q Hub (if that's what you have) is still very much a mainstream Sky model. Sky has a programme to replace these with the Sky Broadband Hub because the Q model can't support telephony after national PSTN switch-off, but the deadline for that Openreach project has recently slipped by two years.
Alternatively the Max Hub is available with an order for Ultrafast or by subscription to the WiFi Max service.
