I need to book an engineer to fit a master socket for my router to be plugged into.

I was originally told I didn't need this when taking out sky broadband.then a second call was made to book an engineer but was told I had to wait until my go live date to book an engineer and now I've tried using the app and can't seem to find anywhere to book an engineer.

@Mark42r  So was today your activation day and it was a remote activation instead of a engineer visit?
