When I put my Alexa on up. Stairs it say internet is unrechable

It's rubbish that's what it is I don't know why I pay somuch for it

@Thiking+about+can It's noit your In ternet thats the problem it's the wifi signal, these are 2 diffeent things entriely.

Broadband when I put Alexa on up stairs it tells me internet is un reachable. So that tells me that the is something wrong

Yes, it's telling you that Alexa cannot reach the internet over the local WiFi.  If you subscribe to Broadband Boost then you can ask Sky to loan you wireless booster hardware.
