When I am on Teams calls I constantly get poor network quality message and calls freezing.

Poor network quality on almost all Teams calls, even when I am the only person at home and on the WiFi.  This hasn't always been the case but is becoming more frequent and very disruptive to my work. All the online checks say it's fine but it clearly isn't
