What is the recommended Cat Ethernet cable for my SR203 sky router to PC?

I have sky Superfast Broadband "expected speed 32-50Mb", but normal download is about 34 Mpbs, upload 6 Mbps using a CAT 5 cable.  Should I upgrade to a CAT 6 or CAT 8, would I get any benefit from upgrading?

A category 5e will give you gigabit speeds but will give you more of your 32Mbps to that device .   Category 6 and 8 would be overkill

Could you enter your full address below and post the table and notes after removing your address from the image

Cat6 is not unreasonable for domestic use, but anything higher is entirely unnecessary.

It won't improve anything unless you are currently using non-Cat rated CCA cable though.

Right that shows despite a top speed of 56Mbps sky has put you on a 40Mbps profile.  This happens when your guarantee (handback threshold) is less than 40Mbps

Again a category 5e  etthernet would suffice however a cat 6 ethernet may eek out an extra Mb or 2 if you are trying to make the most of you 39Mbps
