Sky Broadband boost is an addon for Sky Broadband which gives you some perks, info on that can be found here; https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-boost
Is to why you are not aware of it being added, have you made any changes to your package with Sky recently? Perhaps changed broadband speed packages or the router?

Sky boost was added to my account without my knowledge and authorisation half way through my contract. Its happened twice and it's also happend to my mother in law. If I was a cynic I would say that its being added in the hope that no-one notices it or queries it. If you've not changed package and didn't ask for it to be added I would call them and ask them to remove it!
