Poor wifi

When playing apps on my tv they lag and don't run smoothly. I've connected my fire stick to my hotspot on my phone and it runs like a dream.

im the only one that lives here and the WiFi box  is about 3 metres away. Never had this problem when I was with BT it's been since joining sky
