Service was supposed to start on 1 June but the Hub had not arrived. The helpline number does not work. Logging into Sky crashes my computer. The assistant disappears at the bottom of the page.

What number did you ring? Can you even make any calls?
We can escalate but will be quicker to call sky on 150 from a sky mobile or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone to find out whats happening

I rang 03442 41... which is the number I was given in an email.

Sadly, that number doesn't work either. All I get is silence. I am ringing from a UK mobile phone (not Sky).

At the very least the 0333 number should work.
Are you using mobile data at the moment . If this is escalated would you be able to engage in an online chat session?

I am currently using a neigbour's wifi. Quite happy to engage in online chat on the phone or computer.
The order was placed on 25 May.

Directly with sky online, by phone or thru 3rd referral ie money saving expert etc

I am sorry, I don't understand. What is "sky online"? If it is sky.com that won't help. The chat disappears under the bottom of the screen, if it appears at all. Phone, I've tried. And what is "money saving expert"? A website?
