What cable connects Panasonic phone to SkyMax Hub

Just switched from BT to Sky Broadband and bought a Panasonic digital handset to connect to the SkyMax Hub. But there is no cable to connect to the socket marked UK phone inlet on the back of the Hub. It did have a cable that connected to the old analogue BT wall socket .which obviously is of no use in this case . I need to know what cable I need to get to connect to the Sky Hu or what adapter could enable  connection.

Typically it's BT jack (BS6312/431A) plugged into the Hub and RJ11 into the handset base station.
