Wfi very slow not working
Heya my wfi is so slow nothing is loading and watching Netflix on tv it keeps loading it's that bad me n my partner has had to just use are internet data all tests says everything is fine this has been goin on for 2 days now I have reseted everything and still not working

@Kellyb1919 run the servicecchecker in the My Sky app as thst should tell you if there is an issue with the incoming broadband service. If there is the app,should offer assistance. If thst is testing to be OK the issue could be poor WiFi coverage
Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.
Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.

hi my WiFi/ broadband is buffering all the time, I work from home and its doing it every day, my employer has even notice i can get my work done on time,

@suz21 Have you tried going wired as the first option to rull out if wireless issue!
