Week signal WiFi

Since yesterday the speed has plummeted. Should be about 36, now hovering around 6-7 😮. I've reset the router at least 10 times, removed and reconnected all cables and no improvement. I'm reasonably savvy (I know that's dangerous 😬) and know my way about resetting etc.

Have you run the line test in the My Sky app to see if a line fault is detected?
