@Doug1987 you are not addressing Sky by posting on the forum. Customers can control their own Sky Broadband settings by going into the MY Sky app or website its in Product settings.
The moost likely issue is actually not the broadband shield but Sky's DNS server not performing well. You can either put up with it until it gets fixed or you can set you device to use a public DNS service. The one I use is Google's free one st 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 thecsetting will be in the device's network settings.
