Weak wifi
Hi
new Sky broadband installation and the WiFi is very weak upstairs and at the back of the house.
please help.

@Jaymo7 What do you have for the install sky wise, you may just have to re-locate the hub to improve the wireless signal overall.

thanks for your reply.
we can't move the router unfortunately.
When we had sky Q, we had a box installed in the middle of the house between the main box and the mini box (a booster?). This is still here and the green 'WiFi' light is on, despite new broadband login details. Can we use this?

@Jaymo7 Going to link to the details, so need you to take a look at both, need to know what the hub is and what the booster is from the pictures, THEN i can say yes / no to what can work together. Exact names as you see them please.

We have got the Sky Max Hub and the Sky Broadband Booster.
I was able to connect the Booster yesterday at the top of the stairs - the 3 lights are on green.
The problem we have is the wifi consistency of signal on individual devices at different times. For example, my iPhone now, whilst upstairs is downloading at 400+Mbps and, whilst stood next to me, my son's phone is 30Mbps. At one point this morning it was 0.34Mbps (upload was 83.0!) - please see the attached screenshot. There are no TVs on in the house.
The service seems to ebb and flow, and is unreliable because of this inconsistency (the Sky Glass TV on a couple of occasions has stopped mid-programme, to buffer - we only had Broadband and Glass installed last Wednesday).
I really appreciae any advice you can give.
