New Sky FTTP Broadband not activated after 24 hours - need help

Hi, I recently set up Sky Full Fibre (FTTP) broadband with the original Sky Hub router. Everything is connected properly. The Openreach ONT shows solid green lights (PON, LAN), and I was advised it would be activated within 24 hours. It has now been well over 24 hours, I have restarted everything multiple times, and I’m still unable to get online.

Can someone from Sky please check or escalate this to the relevant team for activation?

You need  to call sky to get this sorted we are all just fellow customers on here like yourself

@yinnn If your Fibre is not up then the copper should still be working until OR deal with the changeover, so worth a check on that!
