Weak signal
The devices we use on the broadband are having a problem with 'weak signal'. Alexa hub stops working, as well as a TV upstairs which works through the broadband

Re: Weak signal
@Mary2804 to stream video requires a strong wifi signal. In many homes you need more than a single wifi source to providecthst especially on different floors due to the layout andctyoe of construction of your home. Thecsolution is either to subscribecto Sky's WiFi Max bundle that can provide upmto 3 wifi extenders (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max) or to buy your own third paety WiFi equipment.
