Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Whocares1 line drops on partial fibre services using a copper phone lines are a frequent issue especially in winter. The system managing the connection is programmed to stabilise the line so a brief drop around the time you posted is likely to be thst system doing exactly that by changing the line parameters.
Openreach will only intervene if the system cannot stabilise the line without droping the speed below the guaranteed speed for your line or drops go over 10 a day so Sky cannot often do anything other than sympathise. Full fibre lines do not suffer the ssme issues.
