Weak broadband

Smart tv --- very slow couldn't do weekly call on viber to sister in new zealand 😀

First, can you connect an ethernet cable between TV and hub? If not then unplug the hub for 10 minutes then let it reboot. If no difference try the first two links below at least.

 

Have a look at the following to see if they can resolve your problem easily, you can also use the MySky app. If not you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used).
