Weak broadband speed far too weak!

Hi 👋, I lately posted on here, but thought I'd give it a few more weeks to see if Sky would sort this out. Unfortunately my broadband is still at 38.6 Mb/s, when my guarantee was for 55.6Mb/s. I'm new to Sky, so any help I'd be very grateful 🙏 my contract started on 19th December. Thank you first of all.

The problem like the last time is Morag can't  remember her specific word! Everything was correct,  so I think we'll actually have to get in contact with Sky personally.  I don't know  why Sky don't do that anyway! We are sitting here almost 1 month now with 37 Mb/s which now has ruined my Steam account because I can't reach them in Manchester! Not Happy!
