@Marv2022 unless you have bought Sky's Broadband Boost bundle Sky are not going to do anything. If you have that extra give them a call they should either send an engineer or a booster.
Sky's hubs are not the best wifi routers you can buy so getting strong wifi to rooms on different floors often requires you to buy extra equipment. Wifi boosters as such are pretty pointless but you can get kit like Powerline adapters to get thecsignal upstairs using your mains wiring and then either connecting devices by ethernet to the adapters or buying the type with built-in wifi access points. You can also buy whole home wifi kits thst use a number of units working together some of these are difficult to set up on a Sky line.
