We was ment to recieve our internet hub today

Hi

We are new to sky and was ment to recieve a sky hub today for internet.

However i havent recieved it today.

When will we get it?

This is primarily a customer helps customer forum so you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. When is your activation date? It could arrive anytime up to and including that day.

Friday is our activation date.

Do you know how i contact them?

Your activation time can be anytime up til 2359 that night so I wouldn't be too concerned yet. If it doesn't arrive by Friday you can call Sky. If you already have a Sky Mobile call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t allow us to type the digits in full).

As with other large companies the start will be automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to. Depending on your particular issue the operating times of the various departments may differ.

@JennaaWhen you check track orders in my account is there any information that you can check on the status of your equipment delivery. They normally provide a link so that you have an idea of when it will be delivered.
