We have lost WiFi connection early this evening and cannot reconnect the LOS is indicating red

We have lost WiFi connection earlier this evening and cannot reconnect the open reach box is showing a constant red light and need help and guidance to rectify this?

I do I'll phone sky and hopefully rectify this it's looks like it won't be a quick fix as I presume they will contact Openreach.
