Hi,
At 9am I received a message telling me that Sky would install my broadband as agreed the following day (14-Apr-23). Then at 7:30pm I receive another message notifying me that the install date has been rearranged for the 05-May-23.
I am fuming of course. Pull up my email and log into my Sky Account to complain and cancel and the order is not there. What is going on!?

Was your order previously shown via your account prior to the date change ?

Afraid I don't actually know. I had tried to sign into to after I received the SMS telling me of the date change. Noticed that no messages or orders show up.
