We have been connected to Fibre today but our TV is not connecting

We have been connected to Fibre today, the Wi-Fi speeds look good,  but our TV is not connecting to the Wi-Fi. It is a Panasonic TX-L42E31B

What do I need to do please?

Given that model is approaching 15 years old, I suspect there's no way it can handle the default WPA3-T encryption of the white Max Hub (if that's what you have)

You'd need to access the Hub adminstration settings in the My Sky app and reduce the WiFi security level to WPA2.

Alternatively, if it's in reach, use an ethernet cable rather than WiFi.

Edit: actually that thing is so old I'm not sure it has ethernet, and WiFi appears to be through an external adapter which will now be extremely outdated.  Do on-board apps still function?
