Good afternoom, yesterday afternoon we got back from work and our router's lights have changed. We are able to connect our devices to the router however, we have no internet connection. We have followed all steps provided to us to try and resolve the issue but nothing is working. It appears the routers green light for "internet" has dimmed and we have no access to anything. Please advise.
