Wifi turns off when I use landline

Every time I answer my land line or phone out my Wi-Fi cuts out....I've just had the faster broadband installed and thought this would sort it, it hasn't......and to be honest ,I can't see any difference at all in the wifi/broadband quality either

If the 'faster broadband' is FTTC then it's still using the same copper phone cable, and it's quite possible that a telephone handset is generating interference.

Do you have a filtered master socket or plug in microfilter at every phone point?
