We cannot use Xbox!

We moved from BT to you. We do not nor can we ever have fibre as we live in a listed building with a historical boundary wall. 

with BT we had good speed and strength. We now have ok speed but the strength in the house is terrible. My son cannot use his Xbox to play Fortnite now even though he has set his pc up in the room with the sky broadband box in it!!

Anyone who is upstairs cannot

acceaa WiFi. Under BT it was excellent.

 

We moved to you to save money and we have as you are cheaper but now we know why. It's because the service is poor.

 

We need a fix or to cancel and go back to a proper communication company like BT.  Please advise or send cancellation paperwork. We are really really unhappy.

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these. 

 

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
