Just had a reading this morning. So it's still all a bit hot and miss

I seem to be getting updates more often.

Interestingly they sent me a replacement sensit - which I added - but I didn't decommission the old one.  So I'm getting two sets of readings as two different tanks in the app 🙂

I had the same when I kept having notifications of a sudden drop in oil level, that is when notifications were actually working. They just seem to send out tank sensors willy-nilly.

@fancyabrew Still okay for me... had the odd day with no reading, but then comes back after 24-48hrs. However, doesn't email me at al , so need to remember to check the app regularly.

Re: Watchman SENSiT Smart WiFi Tank Level Monitoring Kit

Help needed, I bought this  Watchman SENSiT Smart WiFi Tank Level Monitoring Kit 4 days ago and have not had a single solid green light . The APP says congratualtions you are now connected but then the dongle goes solid red. i have checked with the Sky APP which informs me that ESPRESSIF last connected at 03:41 (no date).

The only information i can get from the Kingsman APP is we are still waiting for the first reading. Would be greatfull for any advice.

It does generally work, it just seems a little bit intermittent - I get readings probably 2 out of 3 days.  I'd rather have it than not.

Re: Watchman SENSiT Smart WiFi Tank Level Monitoring Kit

Been quiet on here for a bit but has anyone else been having issues again? I thought I hadn't had a email for a while and when I checked I haven't had a reading since the 21st July that's now 10 days! As it's summer and we have over 900l I'm not that bothered but I thought the housery with sensit had been sorted! Or is it just me?

Re: Watchman SENSiT Smart WiFi Tank Level Monitoring Kit

I had an instance recently when it didn't give a reading for a few days, noticed that it's wifi connection had dropped as I couldn't see it as a connected device to my network. Did the normal switch on and off, saw it come back up as a connected device, in 24hrs it sent a reading.

Currently it gives a reading most days, there is still the odd day when nothing is returned.

The light is totally random and meaningless in my mind, it's constantly green even when it dropped it's connection to the wifi! When I reset it I did notice it went from purple, to green flash then no light before it went red then eventually to green. The no light was a new one for me!

Re: Watchman SENSiT Smart WiFi Tank Level Monitoring Kit

It's better than it was, but it's not nailed on every day.

I've actually got two sensits - they sent me another one and I set it up as an additional tank 😉

Sometimes one works, and sometimes the other. And it's funny they don't read exactly the same either.

Anyhow, it works well enough for my purposes (I have the plug wall display also)
