Warmup Underfloor Heating thermostats unable to connect to wifi

3 of my WarmUp thermostats have lost connection to WiFi. One remains connected (newer version stat).

This issue has repeated the last 2x winters and has required Sky Broadband to roll back firmware updates they pushed out which caused the problem.

Is anyone else suffering the same issue?

Yes, my thermostat is offline again. I'm assuming it's a Sky firmware problem again.

I have the same issue! Either Sky or warm up at fault. Fingers crossed for a speedy fix

Thank you for highlighting this problem, and thanks for tagging me @tjp1877 

To enable us to investigate, can you provide the following information, please?

• What sky router are you using? The names/images are here. Please note: If you have a Sky Q Hub/Sky Hub - these routers won't be updated any longer, and you can organise for a replacement. It'll be replaced with the Sky Broadband Hub (4.2).
• What date did the problem start?
• When was the last date of firmware update from WarmUp?

I have  SKY router, model #SR203. Having spoken to warmup this morning they haven't updated for at least three months. Unfortunately, I'm unable to tell when my sky router was updated. 

I was advised by the threat starter on Sunday that thermostats had stopped communicating  but they are up and running this morning.  Thank you all.

Similar to @flyingmatt - believe my stats are back online as of this morning.

Have received email response from WarmUp tech support claiming a server of their's was down last night, now returned to service.

Hopefully all sorted.
