Wall to Wall Wi-Fi Guarantee

I have contacted Sky twice regarding a claim for the W2W Wi-Fi guarantee as I do not get Wi-Fi in my kitchen, barely my bedroom or lounge. 
This has been checked and verified by Sky who have confirmed twice now that I am eligible for a refund under the scheme, however the refund has not appeared against my account. 

Can anyone advise as to how I can get this resolved aside from phoning and speaking to a third different person?!

@SW+Sophie Sky normally applly a credit to your account which shows on your future bills If it doesn't in your case post again and one of the forum superusers can escalate your post to a Sky team for you.

It may take some time untill the credit is applied. If the people who phoned you said there will be a credit(10-15 pounds), you will see that on your account at sky.com
