I have contacted Sky twice regarding a claim for the W2W Wi-Fi guarantee as I do not get Wi-Fi in my kitchen, barely my bedroom or lounge.
This has been checked and verified by Sky who have confirmed twice now that I am eligible for a refund under the scheme, however the refund has not appeared against my account.
Can anyone advise as to how I can get this resolved aside from phoning and speaking to a third different person?!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@SW+Sophie Sky normally applly a credit to your account which shows on your future bills If it doesn't in your case post again and one of the forum superusers can escalate your post to a Sky team for you.

Yes I was waiting for this to happen but nothing is showing on my future dated bills.

It may take some time untill the credit is applied. If the people who phoned you said there will be a credit(10-15 pounds), you will see that on your account at sky.com
