Waiting on new line

I have recently moved into a new flat and have had my new  Sky Router fitted, the engineer during his visit said a some sort of new socket/cable/line would need to fitted as all the ones available at the property were being used up. He then proceeded to say it should be done by the end of the week and left. It is now the following week, and have no updates from anywhere and no way to track or contact anyone that may be able to provide an answer. This is preventing me from moving into my new flat as my phone signal there is rather weak so cannot rely on data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@humairasultana You need to call sky and find out from them what is happening to cause your specific delay, they are the ones that can only tell you what is going on!

i tried calling this number 03300 413 000, but they said they dont recognise my details 😑 its really been a nightmare
