Waiting for engineer

The allocated time slot for the engineer 08.00 - 13.00 has passed with no contact from the engineer.

How do I check if the appointment is still going ahead?

It might be that the engineer has been delayed on a previous job, so if they don't turn up you will have to take this up with Sky by speaking to them about this.
