WPS button won't depress
The wifi equipment I have has a WPS button but cannot be depressed. I have new skyQ box I have installed and cannot connect to wifi as skyQ is awaiting WPS button to be pressed on router. Does anyone know how i can resolve this or get a new router ordered from sky

Does the Q box have to be setup via the WPS button as the other way is to have the box search for the wifi network and use the password to connect them up.

It can search for routers but if a sky router, it will only connect via WPS button. Was hoping someone knew a workaround or how to get a new router from sky.

If the WPS button isn't working just report it as such, the equipment is loaned so they shouldn't have an issue replacing it.
