Screen says no WiFi connection but everything is lit up and my phone is connected so there is WiFi. I've no idea where the WPS BUTTON is can only see a reset on the bottom of the router

Mine is doing the same and I have done this 5 times turned everything off and on and still not working. Not very good when it's so expensive

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Charl26 the wos button is on the right hand edge of the upright Sky hubs and can be easily missed. Put the device into WPS seacch mode then press and hold in the wps button on the hub until it starts flashing. If the device is within range they should connect within 30 seconds or so.

I've done all this myself and still not connecting
