The wpa2 is a 12 character case sensitive alphanumeric key found on the back of your sky hub

If you are referring to the lock symbol in OSX settings, that needs the credentials for an Administrator-level account on the device itself, not a Sky password.

Re: WPA2

I don't know what the problem is with my MacBook but it's says account locked I've been on to Apple support about this and I've done everything they told me to do but I can't access the internet as my Mac isn't connected to my sky broadband as I had changed to sky broadband from talk talk and every time I try to login with my password which I setup when I bought it but it just keeps saying need WPA2 password so I'm stuck as I don't understand why it's locked

OK, just to be clear, is one of these messages showing?

@Zeus+bug22 the wifi passcode for Sky hubs is printed on the hub's label and is not the password for your Sky account just in case you have confused the two.

That appears to relate to Apple ID rather than account credentials for the device itself.

That image is the user log in screen when you fire up a MacBook, I see it several times a day on my own. It's certainly nothing to do with your Sky Hub (or Wi-Fi)
