WIfi not working

On Easter Monday we had a whole day of no internet. I tried all the help and it said no an engineer would need to come so I booked it. Right at the end of the day it started working.

Then today it is now not working but your page said it cant see a problem.

I have also just seen our speeds have been below the guaranteed amount so I would like to claim for that.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
