No internet
Our sky hub has amber lights in internet and voice but green on power and WiFi. Rebooted and reset the router . Reconnected splitter . Tried checker online which says connection ok so the issue is not external . Cannot speak to anyone at sky . Possible box on the wall faulty , router / hub not functioning correctly? At a loss and WiFi needed to work from home !

Re: No internet
The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: No internet
Thanks . As I said I've already run all the checks and cannot get through to report the fault to sky . Messages are automated and refer you back to the tests already completed. So frustrating!

Re: No internet
@Mabel68 You could be correct for any off the faults that you said, but you cannot rule out if it is an actual external fault. Run as @caesarome has linked for you, but do look at the result just in case it is an area fault, but those can take some time before sky know that fact...
