WIFI slow

We currently have the super gigafast broadband and we are experiencing a lot of slowness throughout the day our download speed it hitting around 113.01mbps and our upload speed is 82.62 and this was at 13:25. We're slightly concerned as both myself and my partner work from home, and require decent WiFi, we also haven't had our sky Glass gen 2 connected yet so again this also worries me that it'll drop massively... how can this be improved?
