Hi, our household members are currently facing connectivity issues specially to to use whatsapp and instagram, rest all works fine. yesterday I had a problem using disney plus app but that is ressolved now. I tried switching off the broadband for 30 mins and turning it back on. this did not ressolve the issue.
If we use our mobile data, whatsapp and instagram works fine, the app doesn't respond properly (Very slow) when connected to the wifi. We have been facing this issue for two days now.
