Slow speed

I have been getting only 1-2 mbps since yesterday. Hub has been replaced today still the same problem.

Tried changing the cable,switching hub and ont off and then turn it bacm on.No resolution.Customer service agent mentioned that it has been escalated to the network team for engineer visit however I haven’t got anything booked as per my sky app so far. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
