Hi, we have our broadband hub with yourselves but over the past few weeks it only intermittantly works and over the last week it has been terrible, as we are a business it is essential that we have an up and running broadband for our emails etc and therefore please can someone look into this for us. I have done the tests on your website (when I can get in) and it says eveything is ok but it clearly isn't as it is down more than it is working. If someone could come back to me please ASAP as we are now hgetting desperate.
