WI - FI Dropping out

I have had issues with the WI-FI dropping out now severeal times a day nwo for 2 months. i've had numerous calls to to sky with the so called fibre experts, 4 sky engineer visits, on eBT openreach engineer visit on Monday and still the issue is not resolved.

 

The Sky engineers have changed the router, the power cord and the BT openreach engineer seemed to think it was the ONT saying it was trying to update and getting to certain point and then restarting, so he replaced the ONT an the ehternet, but the WI-FI is still dropping out.

 

It dropped out 4 or 5 times last night in the space of a couple of hours.

 

I am severely losing the will to live with this issue now and nobody seems to know how fix it.

 

This is seriosuly getting beyond a joke now.

3months later and the same thing is still occurring. 2nd openreach engineer out today and still no trh wiser and the wifi still dropping out. Called sky and they're sending another engineer. To do what, I don't know!

I have the same issue which appears is a trending issue for sky customers. My connection keeps dropping out. Use to happen once a month and now it's once a week. Even my four year old now checks the lights on the router before turning on the TV. It's pretty bad.. can someone from Sky address this please.
