Broadband issues every day

We have been getting issues now for months, we have tried everything and still issues. You say I'm getting over 100 but I'm definately not. I even upgraded a few months ago at more costs to get better WiFi and still it's shocking.

 

i have ran a test on the laptop and it's saying 24 but your saying over 100 on the app.

 

something need doing before I leave as this is shocking.

I have this exact same problem nothing seems to work in the late evenings. I've reset the sky boxes and routers countless times! Having to use my phone as a personal hotspot to use the computer as the broadband just stops working. Everytime I go online on the my sky app they say I'm getting super fast broadband to the box but when I run a speed check on the computer or my phone it tells a very different story!! I'm going to have to call because I'm paying a lot to not be able to use the service half of the time.

Yeah exactly the same issue here, I'm going to call them as it's a joke really.
