Find out more@morph4 wifi signal strength between your hub and your devices is affected by the layout of your home, the way it is built and the level of interference so every home is different. If that is your problem you need to check your hub is in the best poitiin possible which is out in the open on a surface so its signal is not blocked by radiators and the like.
However many homes need more than a single free hub you get from Sky to get decent wifi in every room. Sky will sell you an add-on like Wifi Max which can give you extender units or you can buy your own kit.
