SOON AS SKY CLOSES FOR THE DAY I HAVE THE WORST CONNECTION AND CANT PHONE IN FOR HELP MY INTERNET LAST 3 DAYS HAVE BEEN POOR BETWEEN 6PM TO 9 PM ISHTHEN IT MIRACULOULY STARTS WORKING WHATS GOING ON ?

@Leydo At peak times broadband speed will be affected, downside is reduced speed.

Unless you're in the ROI, Customer Services is still open at those times (albeit probably reduced staffing).

@Leydo your caps key seems to be stuck.

Peak times for internet traffic are from around 9pm to midnight when servers and lines tend to get busy and things like latency tends to increase.  Incidentally the effect of wifi interference from your neighbours will increase as they will be using their networks.

What do you think Sky could do even if you could call them to reduce those effects?
