@Daniel199245 do you actually mean WiFi (the connection between the hub and your devices) or more likely your broadband (the connection from the hub to the exchange)?

 

You can tell which it is by looking at the hub's lights and then follow the steps here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
