WiFi doesn't not reach all areas in the house

I’m in a single-storey, three-bed home on full fibre and I’m not getting Wi-Fi in all rooms, so I want this resolved under Sky’s Wall-to-Wall Wi-Fi guarantee without any additional monthly charges but support keep telling me to pay extra for Sky Max. I understand routers have limitations. However, Sky advertises a Wall-to-Wall Wi-Fi guarantee. I am asking for that guarantee to be met, not an upgrade.

@Scotld26 The best and possible solution is to have your sky hub in a central location to your home and allow the wireless wifi signal to distribute as best it can, still does not guarantee that it will cover every spot and that all depends on the home also. A single hub will just sometimes struggle to do so, after that you either take care off what you need, or sign up for the sky Max addon packege and allow sky to do so but you have to read there info very closely, personally not worth the paper it is written on....

If you do decide to do it yourself then a mesh system addon to your sky Hub is by far the best way to cover the home, and some are more efficient at doing so, my Asus system with two Asus routers, and two Asus AP's covers the whole home at full speed's wherever needed and a little powerline thrown in the mix for the akward spot's! You just have to way up the pro's and con's off it all, but now been on sky to EE and back to sky with no problem's and through the period has well paid for itself now!
