Since I've swapped over to fibre my WiFi is rubbish 

it's slow and lags looses connection

@Sonjajones Did your hub move when you Fibre Upgraded, also is it the same sky hub as before/after you did the fibre?

They never moved the hin amf used the same one ?

@Sonjajones Have a look at the service checker, expand the broadband with > and see what the Fibre connection is like to the sky Hub.
