Voice stoping my internet

Ever since I was upgraded to full fibre which I didn't have a choice in my internet around 1 am constantly stops working and it has a yellow light on the "voice" part of the router now I don't have any kind of phone line connected to my router as I don't bother with landlines but I'm paying for a service that I'm not actually receiving  getting sick of it to be honest thinking about leaving sky all together really the have done the same thing with my phones just ridiculous they have their "guarantee " but whenever you bring it up your ignored or hung up on when you question them about why you don't receive what you pay for

It shouldn't be all the time but any broadband issues between midnight and 7am could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided. See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…

If you have an ONT box displaying a red light, see this further advice…

This link provides information about the coloured lights you may see on the various hubs

Hopefully it’s back up and running before 7am. If it’s not, try restarting your hub or post back in this thread and we can try to offer additional advice.

Sky Talk landline is automatically bundled with your Broadband subscription but if you haven't connected an actual handset- and you're on the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff and not a tariff with additional charges - then you technically aren't paying for it.
