Voice light has been orange since 1am I've tried all the steps to make it green hasn't worked

Same here. All lights green apart from voice so can't connect anything. Can't see anyway to report to sky. Livid.

I tried. It asked if it could transfer me to online help. I said no repeatedly and it said it did not understand my answer. This happened about ten times so no option to move on.
