Voice light

Voice light has been orange since 1am I've tried all the steps to make it green hasn't worked

Same here. All lights green apart from voice so can't connect anything. Can't see anyway to report to sky. Livid.

@GrumpyMon you can of courseccall Skybusing a mobile orca different line. However you can normally clear tgecfault by powering down your hub for 60 minutes.

@GrumpyMon stay on the line tell the bot you need to reportva fault dont accept offers of a text and you should be routed to an agent.

I tried. It asked if it could transfer me to online help. I said no repeatedly and it said it did not understand my answer. This happened about ten times so no option to move on.
