The orange light means there is a issue between your home and sky broadband. Please call sky to report this.

Mine the same. Are there any issues at the moment. I've done all the usual stuff, turning off and on, reset etc but still nothing. I have sky glass so my tbh won't work either

Not that I know off pay all this money for sky tv and internet and home phone and can't use it when the internet goes off I bet if I told them I wasn't going to pay the bill they wouldn't like that 😡😡😡😡

Most loss of conection is down to faults which require sorting after they are reported. All that happens if you cancel your direct debit or miss a payment is Sky suspend your service until the debt is cleared.
Reports of customers losing connection are more frequent due to the recent lousy weather.

Me too as usual with sky you get no where
